About the author

Meet Sharon

Sharon Linen Fordham is an award-winning author who refuses to be confined to just one kind of story. Her books will make you laugh out loud, hold your breath, and look at the world a little differently, sometimes all on the same shelf.

Her children's books, created with her daughter Kierra Linen through the AddyBee123 collection, are where it all began. Billy the Bully earned a Mom's Choice Award and a five-star review from Readers' Favorite, along with five-star ratings from the readers who love it. Her stories teach kindness, confidence, and courage, and many are available in both English and Spanish so more families can share them. With Teach Me… Safe Touch. Don't Touch!, Sharon took on one of the hardest conversations a parent can have and gave families gentle, child-friendly words to start it.

For grown-up readers, Sharon writes in two very different directions. Keeper of the Souls is a chilling tale of love, death, and revenge set on the haunted waters of Lake Pearl. On the lighter side, What's This Foolishness? proves her belief that laughter heals the body, mind, and spirit. Her upcoming comedies, We Ain't From Around Here and My Coworker, the Jackass, continue that tradition.

Sharon also designs journals for real life, from the playful Shit I Gotta Do! to the deeply personal A Warrior's Journey for those facing cancer and While in My 'Write' Mind for those living with dementia. Each one gives readers a place to put their own story into words.

Whether she's writing for a child at bedtime or an adult with the lights still on, Sharon writes with one purpose: to give readers something to feel, something to laugh about, and something to hold on to.
